Placing an Order

• If you are unsure about exactly what you want, or how much it will cost, please contact us by phone or email.
• If you know what you want, then please email your requirements to us. You can also place an order by telephone.
• We will confirm all orders by email.

When to Pay

With the exception of those customers who have been granted account facilities, all orders must be paid for in full prior to us processing your order.

Payment Methods

• Card - you can call us with your Visa or Mastercard details
• Bank transfer - to pay using this method, ask us for our account number and sort code. Use our order number as the payment reference.
• Paypal - we can send you an email link which will explain how to make the payment to us online. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
• Cheque - we do not accept payment by cheque
• Account - the following organisations are automatically granted account facilities with us with no additional paperwork required: colleges, schools, universities, local authorities, government departments. Other corporate bodies will be considered for account facilities subject to status.
